Newbie needs help with Custoomizing VM

I customized my Windows XP VM to start every time I launch Parallels. Also I checked the option to quit Parallels every time I close the VM. Now, I'm unable to make any more changes to the VM because this can only be done when Parallels with the VM closed. Unfortunately, the way I've customized it, its either XP is running or everything is shut down.

Is there any way I can get back to customize my VM again?
