L Longshot Bit poster Feb 28, 2007 #1 I just upgraded to 3186, and the Windows splash screen shows up when I start the VM, and then it just goes black, HDD activity is going on, and sometimes the cursor goes to the arrow/hourglass representation. Any thoughts on what is going on?
