3186: Fatal Error in VM Monitor - Unable to boot Vista

When I attempt to start Vista Enterprise after installing 3186 I get "Fatal Error in Virtual Machine Monitor". The error occurs when the VM is at the BIOS part of the boot. Vista welcome screen does not appear before the error. I have tried rebooting the MAC and restarting Parallels.
 
Just to be clear: I am no longer able to boot Vista after upgrading to 3186. Tim, do you have any suggestions?
 
Several suggestions:
1. Make sure you have VT-x on for this particular virtual machine.
2. How much RAM do you provide your VM with? Try to alter the amount - raise or decrease it.
3. If still no go - will you please try removing virtual devices from your VM one by one? USB, sound, Network, CD/DVD... until only HDD is left. This will help to understand if the problem is in some of them.
4. In the worst case - do you have previous build where it works by hand? Can you make sure Vista still works with it?

Also, please attach your fatal error report. They are stored at /Library/Parallels/bugreports. The last .txt is what you're looking for.

Hi Tim, Thanks for the suggestions. The Vista VM worked immediately before I upgraded to 3186. I launched and shut down each of my machines before the upgrade. Unfortunately, none of the items solved the problem. The other VM's still work. I have sent the bug report.

VT-x is enabled. I changed the acceleration values also.
The VM is configured with 1 GB of RAM. Changing the value up or down has no effect.
Removing the virtual devices had no effect. I removed one at a time.
The Vista VM worked with the previous RC builds.
