Parallels Mobile ctrl-alt-delete

Hi,
I just upgraded from VMWare to parallels and I really liked the solution, the mobile app for iOS is super cool but I have some issues with it.

First I couldn't find a way to do ctrl-alt-delete from the iPad (which makes it hard to login to the windows machine) in addition I could find a way to swipe from space to space (which again makes it hard to work)

Can anyone help out here?
