How to expand hard disk in Windows on Mac?

How to expand hard disk for windows on mac?
I'm using Parallel Desktop 4.The hard disk for windows is only 32.0G, which is too small.
I opened the configuration but still cannot change it.
Please help me! I need to solve this problem.

I used google to search for:
expand disk site:download.parallels.com/desktop/v4/docs/en/

And found:

Which you can also find in the Parallels help menu.

You can change the v4 to v5 or v6 depending on what version of Parallels you're using.

Exfat disk gets reset

I am running P-6 on a Macbook Pro with OS X 10.6+ and I have Windows 7 on a Bootcamp disk. I have a third partition that I named Data and formatted as Exfat, so I could share files between the two operating systems with read/write capability. This seems to work fine.

Then I installed Parallels and had it use the bootcamp. That seemed to work too, but every once in a while the Data partition will be reset to FAT32 instead of ExFAT and I've then lost all the data on the disk.

Any clues??
