Which version of Windows 7 is best in Parallels 6?

I have a MacbookPro with 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 4 gig of RAM
Which version of Windows 7 would work best
32 bit ? 64 Bit?
Windows Professional? Windows Ultimate?

I can't find any information. Will appreciate advice
