Synching Problem with Palm Smartphone

I am unable to make a complete sync between Outlook 2007 on XP VM and Palm Treo Pro. Email syncs fine, calendar will not sync from VM to Treo, but will sync from Treo to VM. Not all contacts will sync from VM to Treo.

Laptop Details: MacBook Pro, Snow Leopard OS, Parallels 5.0, Windows XP VM, 8 GB RAM, 500 GB Hard Drive
Treo Pro: Windows Mobile 6.1

Everything is updated to most recent update.

Have reset Treo to factory default (several tiems), uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Activesync (several times), uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Office, no joy, issue persists. I also have a Windows 7 VM and did a test setup and everything works fine with Win 7 VM, but XP is my OS of choice.

I migrated from another MacBook Pro that was running XP under Boot Camp, and the syncing worked fine on that machine.

Neither Palm support or Microsoft support have been able to help (Microsoft case is still open but they have no suggestions (theirs was to uninstall and reinstall Office 2007).

Synching Solved

The synching issue was solved by updating Parallels 5.0 to build 9344. After the upgrade, everything synched correctly except for the contacts. This was solved by deleting all of the contacts from the Treo Pro, then re-synching. The issue appears to be resolved. The solution for this issue came from Parallels support. Many thanks.
