Parallels5 and problem with vmware image migration

I've installed PD5 and i tried to import my Windows xp sp3 VMWARE FUSION 3 image.
Parallels tool import correctly my image, but now it's 4 hours that parallels desktop is stuck on this point

If i try with manual configuration it return a bsod

How to solve problem?
ps: I've uninstalled vmware (and vmware tools from image) before migrate it.


my mac is:
MBP 3,1
Snow Leopard 10.6.2
 
I am having exactly the same issue. My image is a VM Workstation image with Windows 2003 installed.

Any help would be appreciated.
