Parallels 4 doesn't start up --- I'm screwed!

I've been using Parallels 3 for long time --- I got the upgrade to Parallels 4 some time ago but didn't bother to install it.

Today, I downloaded the latest 4.0 and installed it on my MacBook Pro laptop.

However, when I start it, NOTHING happens other than I can see a blue dot under the ICON indicating that Parallels is running. There's no window, I don't get a menu bar, I can't do ANYTHING.

I tried rebooting my laptop but it made no difference.

How can I either FIX this or get back to 3.0?

I can't do any real work now.

Can you please send us screenshot. Also probably yu will create the ticket for Support Team and they will contact you?
 
What would you like a screen shot of? Nothing showed up in the screen (as I reported in the initial post).

On the other hand, perhaps the console log might be useful.....see below ---
Note in particular that it gets to the time 14:35:34 and then nothing happens ---- I left it until 14:55 at which point I did a force quit.

I managed to uninstall it and got 3.0 running again so I'm not in an emergency situation anymore though.

Was this fixed? Where is the solution?

Appreciate if the solution would be posted. Ya know I really really hate all these forum posts with problems and then just a reply.... fixed and no solution given so someone else does not have to reinvent the wheel.

Having the same issues with Parallels version 4 not opening for same reasons listed in console. I have been using version 4 for several months. Then one day it just did not work.
