Please make some changes in configuration of your Virtual Machine:
Configure -> Shared Applications-> Share Windows Applications with Mac OS X
After that you will be able to see Windows applicaton in Dosk when you will start this application. In case you want to keep it on Dock - Right click on the application on Dock and select keep on Dock
Tried that and doesn't work. Unmarked all selections and restarted virtual machine. Then marked all selections and restarted virtual machine. It was working inthe past and then one day all Window applications in the dock wouldn't open.
