Vista Ultimate and 3036.. pcitg.sys error when reboot

I have the Vista Ultimate (this is the full retail copy from MSDN and fully activated.) I have it installed and the tools also installed. everything works fine but when I reboot it bluescreens and comes up with a pcitg.sys error... Any ideas?
