How to get Parallels to switch between wired and wireless?

I'm installing Parallels for the first time on a MacBook Pro that will be used by a non-technical user (I'm a 20 year Mac user, and semi-fluent in Windows as well, but the end user is not). The issue is that he'll be using both wired Ethernet and wireless networking (wireless at home, wired at work, either or both when he travels). Is there any way to install both network adapters in Parallels? I'm willing to go with either Host-only with connection sharing or Bridged Ethernet modes - I might prefer host-only due to the additional firewalling, making Windows XP's networking a bit more secure. This needs to be as simple as possible for the end user - ideally autodetecting the network card in use on the Mac when he launches Parallels and binding to the active card automatically. If that's not possible, I'd like to make the switch as simple as I can.

Use 'Bridged Ethernet' and 'Default Adapter'.

Thats it, all of it.

I use both Wired and WIreless both at home and at work.

Parallels will 'just work' finding the network almost every time.

In the months I have been using it I think I have only had to resort to IPCONFIG /RELEASE, IPCONFIG /RENEW twice to find the network.

I almost never shut down either Parallels or my MacBook Pro and still it finds the network every time.
