Windows windows appear behind mac windows in coherence 4.0

Anyone else have this problem?

In 4.0 in coherence mode, if you open new mac windows on top of already open windows windows, you can get the windows windows to be on top. Even after you click on a windows window and it is activated, and the mac window inactivated, the mac windows stays on top...

Have not met this before.
I am testing it with my installation and will be back with the results when finish.
