I'm new to Windows, and both Parallels, haven my dad be a Mac user and a Parallels User, I decided why not to check it out. He installed it just a while, ago when I was out at school and by accident I held down the Restart button, and now I have been getting this stressful message for the past 30 minutes...

Same experience with install

That is exactly the same message I received when I attempted my update. I have never been able to solve the issue and had to reinstall version 3.

Is this screen followed by BSOD? If so, what does the screen read (could be 0x000000A5 or 0x00000004B, etc)?
