Microsoft Access Slow with 4.0

I use Microsoft Access 97 and 2003 with Window XP. Version 3.0 and VMWare Fusion run fast. After the upgrade to 4.0 Access required 22.8 seconds to run a certain report. I tested the same report with Fusion and it ran in 3.4 seconds. I tried turning HyperVisor off, every hardware device, increase cores, decreasing cores, increasing memory, reinstalling Tools. Nothing has worked so far...

Any other suggestions?
 
Please make Help->Report a problem while VM is running, send the report and give us the report ID.

The report contains some necessary logs that should help us understand what's going wrong with your VM.
