Why on Earth trial expires 1 day BEFORE the date it otherwise says?

Yes, why the hell...? :(
It says it has expired but it shows as it's effective until March 18 - it really ****d up my schedule as I was ordering a serial number just today, believing people at Parallels CAN COUNT, AT LEAST WITH NUMBERS WITH TWO DIGITS. :( :( :(
Since you obviously cannot here's a hint: when you say it's working for 15 days that means X+15 days where X is the date when you issue the serial.
Now while I'm waiting for your goddamn slow process - why the hell it takes freakin' 4 hours at least to charge a CC that's beyond me (though reminds me why I left Europe) - I cannot do anything, thanks for your "great" service. :(
You guys better pull your act together within few hours or I will cancel my order completely and go to VMware, that's for sure.

PS: yes, I am very pissed.

Tick-tack.... hours are counting down... if I don't receive my keys very soon I'll cancel this crap and move my image to VMware, your striking ineptitude leaves me without choice...

It's because the idiots messed up their date math... it's a leap year. Trial keys also start a day AFTER they are issued so if you want to start using the trial immediately you have to set your system clock a day ahead.
