Youtube creates huge lag - VM Windows 11 ARM

Hello.

I have two topics to ask for:

1.
Every time that I play YouTube videos, it doesn't matter the amount of available RAM that I currently have; it creates the entire VM to lag and the YouTube audio cracks severely.

2.
Another thing that I would like to ask is, why does the CPU fluctuate that much within TASK MANAGER? It goes from 1% to 25% to 23% to 70% to 90% (for giving random numbers). Is the reading accurate, like the RAM one?
