Hi, I've seen XGL mentioned here a couple times but wondering if there is any news or update on whether it's possible to run XGL or something similar in either SUSE Linux Ent. Desktop or Ubuntu on a Macbook Pro with Parallels. I know it's possible somehow, based on this video from YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/v/JXbRYkotKkw But I haven't been able to get it to work with either SLED 10 or Ubuntu Feisty Fawn. In Ubuntu when I turn on the desktop effects, screen just goes white. In SLED 10, it won't even let me turn it on. Does anyone know something on this? thanks!
