Windows8 graphic sync bug?

it the latest Parallels Desktop 8. and Latest Windows 8 from Bootcamp from my iMac27" mid 2011
with ATI 6970M 1gb gram

The PD8 setup is 4 Core CPU, 512mb vram "Fastes for Virual PC"
i had also try force install Parallel tool again with no result.
