windows xp virtual machine not seeing printer

    I am running parallels through a macbook pro and printing to a wireless airport express...the mac prints fine but when i paralell to the vm machine the windows side does not see the printer. i downloaded the printer drivers and software as well to the virtual machine...any ideas?

    also, the virtual machine prints fine when I plug the usb directly into the computer. I thought about just plugging it directly into the computer and not using airport express but then when I try and go back to print on the mac side, the mac doesn't see the printer!@@##@@#$%.

    Windows and Linux forum here. Try the Mac one.

    forget i said mac. I'm running it on a windows xp/pro computer and it won't print to an airpot wireless network...

    You might want to see if there's any firewall enable in Windows/Linux. Those kill shared printers/folders by default.
