Windows XP or 2003 x64

Hi,

Any change a Windows 64 bit version is coming any time soon?

It is in our roadmap for the future versions. Can't give you any dates right now.

If you need this capability now, use VMware Workstation 5.5.1 (only for Windows and Linux).

 

x64 guests!

I would like to see support for x64 guests for the Mac OS X Version:

1. Windows XP x64 guest!
2. SUSE Linux x64 guest!
3. Solaris x64.

Please add this sometime:
4. Mac OS X Tiger x86 (SSE2/SSE3/PAE/NX) Support!


I know there are 32-bit x86 support for these guests, but eventually you'll need to add x64 support as modern OSes will use it if the Hardware's got it.

Also how about a 64-bit native Parallel's app instead of 32-bit?

That would be sweet.

 

Is it a bit pointless to ask for a 64 bit version when the Intel Macs only have 32 bit CPUs at this time?
