Windows XP crash stopped Parallels
I had IE6 in Windows XP crash on me which forced me to shut down this virtual machine, the only one running.
While Windows was at the blue shutdown screen it stalled - I waited for 5-6 minutes.
Then I force quit Parallels.
After restarting Parallells I no longer have the "Virtual Machines List" window.
All options under the "File" menu are ghosted/grayed out.
In the "Help" menu the "Register Product" is ghosted/grayed out but the "Activate Product" menu item is available.
In my system preferences folder all five files are present and the licenses.xml holds both my key numbers.
I have downloaded Build 3846 and installing it.
Everything recovered as it was before.
