Windows XP and 7 - can I delete just one?

    I put both Windows XP and Windows 7 in my virtual machines to compare them - I would like to delete only one. Can I delete one VM without impacting the other using the VM delete tool, or would deleting one remove important files used by the other?

    you would like delete one window delete the partition that windows.
