Windows VM not recognizing "Agilent Oscilloscope, U2702" USB device

    System Configuration: Mac OS X Lion , PD 7, Windows 7

    Unable to connect the "Agilent Oscilloscope, U2702" USB device to the Windows Virtual Machine getting error message "Unable to connect the device to the virtual machine". However it is working perfectly on Windows PC.

    Tried steps:-

    installed native drivers -- did not worked.
