Windows virtual camera in mac os

The ability to forward a mac os obs virtual camera into windows vm sounds great! But can we have the reverse also??
I have a windows only program that sends a video stream, via Spout, to OBS for composition, which then has a virtual camera output. And it would be much much nicer and more convenient to use that windows obs virtual camera output on the mac native side rather than moving my communications programs also into the vm...
