I am using Parallels 11 on my Macbook Pro running Catalina. This Macbook is no longer my primary computer and I rarely use Windows. However I have run Windows on it and do have some Windows programs on it for instance, Quicken for Windows. I wanted to get into Windows recently to check for updates and also to see what files I may have in Windows. However when I try to launch Parallels. It starts off as if it was going to bring up Windows but then reverts to a black screen with the Windows logo. Ive tried all sorts of things to get past it but can only Force Quit. I realize Parallels 11 is probably out of date but I just would like to get in to see what I have and then I can evaluate if I want to even continue with Windows and therefore update Parallels. Its been a while since i did use this Windows /Parallel. A t least 6 months ago. Can anyone help me Thank you.
I am having a similar problem with Parallels 16 on Mac OS BigSur 11.4. I posted my own thread. Hope we can get help!
