Something that just started happening. Not a show stopper but a definite annoyance. Running an XP VM in 8.0.18354 in Coherence, the Windows Task Bar behaves erratically from time to time.

The problem is that the Task Bar shows up when I don't want it to (I never want it to). Usually when this happens, the "Show/Hide Windows Task Bar" in Option-click of menu bar icon is in the Show Windows Task bar state. That is, the program thinks it is hidden. When this happens, clicking on "Show Windows Task Bar" has no effect. That is, the Task Bar remains showing and the state of that setting remains in "Show Windows Task Bar". Thus there is no way to get out of the condition, other than restarting Parallels.

Other times it has worked differently. Those times, after clicking on "Show Windows Task Bar", the Task Bar remained, but the setting on the menu bar icon menu toggles to "Hide Windows Task Bar." Then if you click it again, the Task Bar does Hide and the setting toggles. Thus in this mode, you can get out of the condition by clicking on the setting a few times.

Both of these conditions have occurred several times recently, say over the last couple of weeks. I think it is thus related to the most recent build of Parallels that has also been in place for about the same time frame.

I am posting this in the hope that it will be helpful to the supporters of Parallels.
