This only seems to happen when I DON'T have a video cable plugged in, this makes no sense to me why it happens.

It starts the Windows progress bar but goes to black before getting through even one pass, then it just sits there until I quit Parallels and stop the machine. I uninstalled Parallels Tools and re-installed them, then changed the resolution to 1280 x 1024, it had been sent to 1680 by 1050 for my big monitor, but the problem still keeps coming back after I disconnect the DVI cable and start the VM.

Parallels Desktop 5 on a Mac Pro running Snow Leopard Server 10.6.2. Windows Small Business Server 2008 Premium.
