Windows on a Mac running Lion? do I need update? Won't run

OS X LION and Failed Effort to Run Windows
I see from some Apple discussions that at first Lion wouldn't run Parallels Desktop to run Windows on the Mac. Then that there was some update which solved the problem.

I get this message about enabling Hardware Virtualization, Parallels tries to start and then quickly disappears.

Running Mac OS X 10.7.2 and Parallels Desktop version 7.0.14920.689535.

How can I fix this? ASAP? Have work to do
