Hi, After windows 7 got updated in a virtual machine in Parallels Desktop 8 on mac os 10.8, I couldn't login into windows. I found this article http://kb.parallels.com/en/114193 but I didn't get the same informations after using the command: prlctl exec UIDD net user, I got the following message; The tools installed are the one from the DVD I purchased a couple years ago but maybe I need a new version. Where can I get it? Thanks for your help. Oliver
