Windows install problem

Iv'e had this problem before, and i can't figure it out this time. At the licence agreement page, i got to press F8 to agree, and it doesn't register the fact that i push the key. What should I do?

 

Make sure the cursor is inside the window.

In this case press "fn" and F8 keys simultaneously.
