Windows Hello Biometrics for non-login authentication

This feature was added and works very well, but currently, it is only for login. It would be exceptionally helpful, for example, to be able to use Touch ID for authentication within Windows - such as for 1Password or other apps that require PIN (or otherwise Windows Hello-based authentication). At least for 1Password, Touch ID is not prompted for PIN-based login, whether or not the "Use TPM" setting is enabled. I believe this is a lack of that feature in Parallels, rather than a 1Password issue, but I could be incorrect.
