Since the latest Mac update (OSX version 10.8.5), I and several other users have been experiencing a problem with sound on our Windows VMs. All sounds are replaced with a popping sound. I noticed that when I switch back to the Mac side and play a sound, from a video for example, the problem is gone for a while on the Windows side. The problem returns eventually. I had the problem running Windows 7 under Parallels 8 and the problem is still happening since the upgrade to 9. I noticed some posts where people are having similar problems. Are you folks addressing this at all? Should I open a tech support incident?
