Since upgrading to Parallels 14 and upgrading Parallels Tools, all of my Windows guest VMs (Server 2016 and Server 2012r2) halt during boot with this prompt asking me to choose an operating system. This only happens when the VM is rebooted, not when it is booted from a shutdown state. Can anyone shed any light on how to fix this?
