windows desktop icon show up on Mac desktop

I know you can have your mac desktop show up in your windows Virtual machine,but can you do visa versa?
I have icons on my windows desktop I would like to show up on my mac desktop. I've tried to drag them to it but that doesn't work. Is this supported?
