Since upgrading from v6 to v7, I have noticed that apps launched under Win7 are not consistently showing up in the dock while using Crystal mode. If you open the Start menu and left-click an app, then it seems to work pretty consistently. However, if you right-click an app and launch as Administrator or if an app restarts itself or if an app launches another app, then none of these seem to show up in the Dock. I don't remember having this much trouble with this behavior in v6 and the workaround I used in v6 (Alt+Tab to the app that's not showing up) no longer works in v7. Additionally, the missing apps are absent from the Cmd+Tab app switching for the host OS. The only easy way to get to them now is to use Mission Control to navigate to a window of the app I want to control. Please fix this!!
