Just installed Windows 98, and got a couple questions...

Is there a driver I can download that will enable me to use a better screen resolution and color mode. Currently, I'm at 16 colors and 640 by 480. Now I'm just using the default VGA driver.

    Thanks.

    install parallels tools

You can install parallels tools from VM menu that includes video driver for Win98.
I don't recommend you to run Win98 since it consumes CPU power of the host machine very much.
