I have Parallels 9, on a 2013 Mac Book Air, and today I upgraded from Vista to Windows 8. I followed Parallels Article ID: 114985 to the letter, where I downloaded Windows 8 over my home wifi, and all went well. I then installed all the updates for Windows 8, then I upgraded to Windows 8.1. Everything seems to work for Windows 8.1, but, I am not able to re-install the Parallels Tools. I have reviewed the video Article ID: 117710 (How to Reinstall Parallels Tools in Parallels Desktop 9 for Mac Virtual Machine), without any success. I have been working on this for about 8 hours, and I am running in circles. Can anyone give me any ideas!
