I've upgraded my virtual machine from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1. After successful installation i logged in and found that the windows desktop restarts approximately once a second. I cannot interact with the desktop or start any applications. I can however use parallels menu to shutdown and restart the virtual machine. However logging in again results in the same problem.
Hi, Issue seems to be related to Windows itself. explorer.exe process crashes. (e.g. http://social.technet.microsoft.com...dows-81-explorerexe-crashes?forum=w8itproperf ). The best option here is to contact MS support.
