    Hello !
I have a big problem, I used to run Parallels 9 with windows 7 VM and everything was going smooth. But at some point i wanted to upgrade my OS (i avoided the last OS because Parallels said that it was not well supported.....). But i wanted to pass to El Captain so i paid for the upgrade to Parallels 11.
I installed it, and then my Windows 7 virtual machine could not start up. It kept showing me a blue screen with and error message (see below).
I then did my OS update to El captain (saying to myself that maybe it would solve the problem). Nothing more then a blue screen. Sometimes Windows would try to start anyway, and asking me to use the Restore/Repair tool, but at the end it says that the repair could not be done and that the computer as to be shut.
So, i tried to start the VM from the CD-ROM with my Repair DVD of Windows in it. I don't know if my DVD's are working or not, but obviously that didn't work either.
So so, i tried to delete my VM and create a new one from my PC laptop. I first did all my Windows updates, and created my new VM from scratch. Surprise ! I still have the blue screen when i try to start the new VM. The Windows 7 cannot repair itself.
I am in trouble ! I so need to work with Windows on my Mac. Please help !!!
    Thank you very much,
    marie

    Hello JamesL9,

Perform the below steps & let us know how it goes :

    * If you are using Boot Camp partition, please boot into native Boot Camp and check for any custom video drivers ( ATI or NVIDIA) installed. If there are any of such drivers, please remove them.
    * If you are using a separate virtual machine and no custom drivers are installed, please increase video memory assigned to the virtual machine at least to 512 MB.
    * Check Device Manager for any additional video adapters:
    - Start > Control Panel >System >Hardware tab > Device Manager
    - Expand Video Adapters and remove all except Parallels Video Adapter. (Right-click > Uninstall)
If you are unable to perform the above steps on a separate virtual machine, please repair your Windows using installation media & let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,
    Dhana.
