(Today is November 21st? There are still 9-days left in November.) Why is red #3 titled "November, 2016 Preview of Monthly"? Does red #1 (1-item) include all of red #2 (9-items)? Does red #3 (1-item) include all of red #4 (5-items)? What is the difference between important and optional updates? Does Preview mean the preview updates may actually change at a later date?
