Windows 7 Startup Repair #2

I really hate to start a new thread based on an existing issue. I do not want anyone to post any response to this thread, please respond to the linked thread, below. However, it seems that this issue is getting *no* attention from the support people.

This issue started with a post on Nov 21, 2009, 06:12 AM and continues, with zero support response, through Feb 4, 2010 05:31 PM with what looks like 42 posts and 3,996 people looking at the thread.

I understand that the people offering support here are overloaded, but, please, give us some assistance on this. I've just submitted a problem report with ID 2744371.
