Windows 7 Reinstall on Parallels 6.0

Hard Drive recall required a complete reinstall of OS and all Apps on iMac. Mac side works fine, installed Parallels (Build 6.0.12106) and then tried to install Windows 7 Enterprise. The PVM window shows both a Windows 7 and a Windows 7.1 selection, I get a message saying that Parallel Tools are not installed, and one that states there is no Operating System installed on this Virtual Machine. Any suggestions?
