I have had Parallels for a long time and it has been ok, but suddenly now when I open it everything looks ok and I can see the windows screen and icons etc but as soon as I click on (any) windows 7 icon to open a windows program, my mouse indicator disappears and the program does not open. Thinking it might be something to do with my version of Parallels (I was running version 10) I upgraded to version 11.1.1 today but still get the same (non) response and now getting angrier .... Hope that makes some sense and someone can offer a fix for this please ?

I have created the problem report yesterday but heard nothing since. What can be don e to resolve this, it is now annoying me that I cannot use windows at all .... Please urgently let me know .... Jim Hackett
Hello Jim, It seems that you're on outdated build of Parallels Desktop 11, please update Parallels Desktop to the latest build 11.1.1 (32312). You can update to the latest build as suggested in this article. Latest version always available here: http://www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd11/ Please note that Parallels Tools also needs to be updated (Actions > Update Parallels Tools).
