Just installed Windows 7 RC using "Windows 7 (Experimental)" within Parallels from the .iso download. Everything went well with no problems to report when installing.

I am having problems with Windows Media Player. I cannot play DVD films at all unless I change the number of colours from 32k true colour to 16k. I've tried increasing the memory allocation from the default allocation of 128 MB to the max possible 256 MB. The default memory size is 1 GIG which I haven't changed.

I've tried VLC to view the films but like Media Player it refuses to show the video but unlike Media Player it does play the audio.

    Any ideas out there?

By the way both my versions of Parallels and Windows 7 are up to date as of today July 9.

I've noticed that about 40 of you have read this post so far but that there are no replies as yet. Does no one else have a similar sort of problem?
