Windows 7 Install - Explorer Crashes and then...

    Finally got Windows 7 installed (having to update Parallels) - was working fine for one day, then I got the message that Windows Explorer wasnt working and had to restart. This happened twice (restarted) and since then I cant get W7 to reboot
    Help!!!!
