Has anyone successfully installed the Windows 7 Beta version? I tried to create a new virtual machine and have it install Windows 7 Beta, but it failed. The problem appears to be: It's not recognizing the DVD drive to find the setup file even though Parallels shows the DVD drive as connected.

Any solutions or work around will be appreciated.

Which version of Parallels are you using? A little searching and you'll find threads for both PD3 and PD4.
Apologies for the question, but you have burnt the DVD from the ISO image, not trying to install from the ISO image?

    Problem Solved

Thanks for the reply. I'm using Parallels 4 build 3180. I solved the problem. I was using the feature "discover type of operating system" and that was failing; but when I switched to the option to specify file - it loaded without any problems.
