I don't know what happened, but a while back Windows 7 started always starting up in 256-color mode. I can still change my monitors to higher color modes, but it's annoying to have to change that every time I start up. They're both detected as 'Generic Non-PnP Monitor's (changing that to PnP doesn't help) on a Parallels Display Adapter. Any ideas as to how I can fix this?
