Windows 11 on Parallels 16 / 17 on MacBook Pro Retina Late 2013 ?

Will MacBook Pro Retina Late 2013 be able to run Windows 11 either on Windows 16 or 17?

I have a MBP 15 Retina late 2013 with Parallels 17.1.0 and I am able to run Windows 11 (installed Windows 11 having Parallels 17.0.1 version).
