Windows 11 MS Office desktop installation

    I have macos pro M1Pro. I using business edition Parallels. I have installed to my mac os MS Office Desktop version and I want to install the same desktop version to my Window 11 parallels. I have Microsoft365 but it is online app and form my application that I running on Windows 11 I need desktop version.
    Is it possible to install and how?

    Yes, sure, it's possible to perform it by following the steps below:
    1. Open your Windows 11 virtual machine in Parallels.
    2. Open a web browser inside the Windows 11 virtual machine and navigate to the Microsoft Office website.
    3. Sign in with your Microsoft account that has an active Microsoft 365 subscription.
    4. Once signed in, click on the "Install Office" button.
    5. Select "Other install options" from the drop-down menu and then click on "Download" under the "Office for Windows" section.
    6. Choose the desired version of Office to download and click on "Download".
    7. Once the download is complete, locate the downloaded file and double-click to begin the installation process.
    8. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
    Once the installation is complete, you can use the MS Office desktop version on your Windows 11 Parallels virtual machine. Note that you may need to activate the software using your Microsoft account credentials to fully use all the features.

    Hi I to am trying to install the desktop apps for Microsoft....when I run the installer tho (as above) it starts and then just stops and does not continue??

    I have got Macbook Air model A2681 just installled paralles 19 and Windows 11 pro and I have got the same experience. Could you help please?

    I found that the issue was I had another MS application (I can't remember what) which was installed, and when I installed that, it then ran the office installation

    Thank You very much for the answer. I have got just clean installation Windows 11 and there are only Microsoft 365, Microsoft Clipchamp, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Edge update, Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime, Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 Redistributable ( ARM 64).     I have managed to install MS Office 2021 Pro in Paralles 19 after uninstalled AnyDesk and hwinfo. Then after reboot MacOS everything went smoothly. Thank you very much for recommendation.
